These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered by 95bdt, including but not limited to the online casino, live dealer games, sports betting sportsbook, slots gallery, promotions, loyalty programmes, and all account management services. These Terms apply to every player who accesses the 95bdt platform via any device, browser, or connection, including mobile devices operating on Bangladeshi mobile networks such as Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, and Airtel Bangladesh.

95bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional, bonus, or game-specific terms published elsewhere on the 95bdt platform, the more specific terms applicable to that promotion or game shall take precedence in respect of that particular matter only. For all other matters, these general Terms govern.

95bdt operates as an online entertainment platform providing real-money casino games, sports betting, and related services to adult players. All monetary values quoted on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise stated. Transactions are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Access to and use of the 95bdt platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 95bdt operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 at any point will have their accounts immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Personal account: You must register in your own legal name and use the account solely for your own personal entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 95bdt account at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across the duplicate accounts.
• Not a self-excluded player: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order on 95bdt or on any other gambling platform through which self-exclusion has been applied.

95bdt employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect underage access attempts. Any person who knowingly provides false date-of-birth information during registration commits fraud and may be subject to legal action. All winnings accumulated in an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage player will be permanently forfeited.

To access real-money games and betting markets on 95bdt, you must complete the account registration process in full. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including division — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, or Mymensingh), email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Inaccurate or incomplete registration data may result in delays to withdrawals or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 95bdt login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 95bdt will never ask you to disclose your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 95bdt support team immediately via live chat (available 24/7 at Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). 95bdt will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

• Username: Must be unique, between 6 and 20 characters, and may not impersonate 95bdt staff or other players.
• Password: Must be at least 8 characters and include a combination of letters and numbers. Use of a strong, unique password is strongly recommended.
• Email: Must be a valid, active email address to which you have sole access. Account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts are sent to this address.
• Mobile number: Must be a valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving OTP SMS messages. Supported networks include Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, and Airtel Bangladesh.

All deposits and withdrawals on 95bdt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are published in the Cashier section of your account dashboard and are subject to change at 95bdt's discretion with reasonable notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your 95bdt wallet are credited in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on the processing times of the originating bank. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are typically instant but may be subject to review delays in certain cases.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 95bdt finance team within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays. Withdrawals are made exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. 95bdt reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving any withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (varies by payment method — see Cashier for exact limits)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (varies by payment method)
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: subject to account verification tier and published limits
• Withdrawal fees: 95bdt does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 95bdt's control.
• Currency: All transactions are in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by 95bdt.

95bdt reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, match-fixing, or any other violation of these Terms pending investigation. During any such investigation, the affected Player will be notified and given the opportunity to respond.

95bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 95bdt unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called playthrough requirement), which specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page in plain English.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake; live dealer games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published for each promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Activating a new bonus before clearing an existing one may result in the existing bonus being voided.
• Minimum deposit: Most bonuses require a qualifying deposit of a minimum amount in BDT, as stated in the promotion terms. Free bonuses without deposit requirements are subject to enhanced withdrawal restrictions as specified.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit, or any other strategy deemed contrary to the fair use of promotions — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on the 95bdt sportsbook and all wagers made in the casino are subject to the rules of the specific game or market in question, as published within the game interface or the relevant sportsbook market. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. 95bdt accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Sportsbook rules: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds on the 95bdt sportsbook are displayed in decimal format and are denominated in BDT. In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or settled at 95bdt's discretion in accordance with the rules of the specific sport. For cricket markets — including BPL, Bangladesh national T20, IPL, and ICC World Cup events — match bets will be settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised targets will be settled according to the official result as certified by the sport's governing body.

Casino and slots rules: All casino games on 95bdt use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited for fairness. Live dealer games are broadcast in real time from studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are governed by the rules displayed within each game's interface. 95bdt does not modify game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is displayed in the game's information panel.

• Bets placed in error by the player cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded ("late bets") will be voided and the stake returned.
• 95bdt reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, a data feed error, or an event that occurred before the bet was placed.
• Maximum winnings per single bet are subject to published limits, which are displayed in the sportsbook terms and casino game information panels.

As a registered player on 95bdt, you agree to use the platform solely for your own lawful personal entertainment. You must at all times comply with these Terms and with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 95bdt platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to interact with games, place bets, or exploit any aspect of the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or with representatives of sporting events listed on the sportsbook.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs. Any player who discovers a technical vulnerability must report it to the 95bdt support team immediately. Exploitation of vulnerabilities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 95bdt support staff or other platform users via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification requirements.

95bdt monitors player activity continuously for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, 95bdt reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and investigate the matter fully before reaching a determination. Players whose accounts are suspended for investigation will be notified via their registered email address.

95bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the registered player is under 18 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal use of the platform.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or court order requiring account closure.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months with no login, deposit, or wager recorded.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited, depending on the nature of the breach. Where the account is closed for any reason that is not attributable to a breach by the player (such as inactivity or platform closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the 95bdt support team via live chat at any time (24/7, Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). A voluntary account closure request will be processed within one (1) business day. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's nominated payment method following completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period as a responsible gaming measure should submit a self-exclusion request to the support team rather than a general account closure request. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened regardless of the player's request.
